A desk in a room with a door
'Dedicated workspace' on a listing usually means a chair pulled up to a dining table. Here it is a full L-shaped desk in its own room, with shelving, a printer table and a window — and a second desk in bedroom two if two of you are working.

The main workspace
An L-shaped timber desk with drawers, set against the wall with a monitor on it and a task lamp. Two floating shelves above, a printer on a side table, a wall-mounted television opposite, a window with plantation shutters, and a full run of wardrobe storage along the far wall.
The thing that makes it work is the door. On a call, in a house with five other people in it, a door is worth more than any other feature on the amenity list.
A second desk
Bedroom two has its own desk with a monitor and shelving along one wall, beside the two single beds. If you are two people on the same trip who both need to be on video calls at the same time, that second surface is the difference between a workable week and taking turns in the kitchen.
Full details of that room are on the bedrooms page.
What we will not promise about the Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is on the amenity list. A connection speed is not, and Airbnb does not publish one for this listing, so we are not going to put a megabits figure on this page just because it would look reassuring next to the word “workspace”.
If your work depends on a specific upload speed — live video, large file transfers, remote desktop into something heavy — message the host through Airbnb before you book and ask for a speed test. That is a five-minute exchange that gets you a real number, and it is a far better basis for a decision than a marketing claim from us.
It is also worth having a mobile hotspot as a fallback, which is true of any rental anywhere and is simply good practice for a working trip.

Why a house beats a hotel room for a working trip
A hotel room gives you a bed, a desk the size of a tray table, and a corridor of other people’s doors. This gives you three bedrooms to spread across, two bathrooms so a 7am call does not collide with someone’s shower, a kitchen so dinner is not the third restaurant meal in a row, and a garden to walk around in between calls.
For a trip of a week or more the difference stops being about comfort and starts being about whether you are still functional on day nine. The work-trip page goes through it properly, including how close the house is to Roswell Air Center, and the extended-stay page covers the month-and-longer version.
