Not included
Airbnb lists these under 'not included' for this property, so they appear here in the same words.
- Dryer
- Essentials
The dryer is the one that matters. There is a washer, and for a weekend the absence of a dryer is a non-event. For a two-week or month-long stay it is a laundromat run every so often, and that is the sort of thing you want to know now rather than on day four. It is discussed properly on the extended-stay page.
“Essentials” on Airbnb means basic toiletries and paper goods. Treat the house as fully furnished but not hotel-stocked: bring what you would bring to a friend’s spare room. If a specific item is a deal-breaker, ask through Airbnb messaging before you travel and you will get a real answer.
Described by the host, but not on the structured list
These come from the host's own written description of the property rather than from Airbnb's amenity checkboxes. They are real features; they are just recorded in a different place, so we keep them separate.
- Mature landscaping
- Secure fencing for pets
- RV parking
- Spacious indoor/outdoor living
The fencing and the RV parking are both visible in the photographs — see outdoor living for the garden and the RV parking page for the gated gravel strip beside the house.
What is genuinely not here
No pool. No hot tub. No jacuzzi. No gym. No breakfast. No EV charger. None of these appear on the listing, and a fair number of Roswell searches are looking for them, so it is worth being direct rather than letting you find out at the door.
If a pool is the point of your trip, book a hotel with one. If swimming is the point, Lea Lake at Bottomless Lakes State Park is twenty minutes away and has an actual sand beach, which is a considerably better afternoon.
There are exterior security cameras on the property, front, back and sides. That is covered in full on the house rules page.
