A kitchen you can genuinely cook in
Airbnb's amenity list says 'Kitchen', with the host's own note: space where guests can cook their own meals. That undersells it. This is a properly remodeled kitchen with full-size appliances and enough countertop to cook for six.

What is in it
Cream shaker cabinetry from floor to ceiling, marble-look quartz countertops with a long peninsula, and a deep white farmhouse sink set under the window so you are looking at the garden rather than a wall while you wash up. Recessed lighting, under-cabinet lighting and a glass pendant over the peninsula.
Appliances are full size and stainless: a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an electric cooktop with an over-range microwave, and a coffee maker on the counter. Tile flooring throughout, which is the right choice in a house that welcomes dogs and sits at the end of a dusty afternoon out.
For a week-long stay this is the difference between eating out twice a day and actually living somewhere. For a month, it is most of the reason to choose a house over an extended-stay hotel — the arithmetic is worked through on the extended-stay page.

The dining room
A dark timber table with six cream-painted chairs, in its own room off the kitchen with a shuttered window along one side. It seats the full six the house sleeps, which sounds obvious and frequently is not true of rentals this size.
There is a second eating option at the kitchen peninsula with bar stools, which is where breakfast tends to happen, and a third outside: the covered patio has an outdoor dining area and a BBQ grill, and from about April to October that is where you will eat. See the outdoor living page for the patio and the fire pit, and the month-by-month weather if you want to know when eating outside stops being pleasant.
Shopping for a stay here
Roswell has full-size supermarkets, so a self-catering stay is straightforward rather than an expedition — you are not driving an hour for milk. Stock up on the way in from the airport or the highway and you can start the week without a shop.
One honest note on the kitchen: Airbnb lists “Essentials” under not included for this property. Assume the kitchen is equipped for cooking rather than stocked like a hotel, and if there is a specific item you cannot travel without, ask through Airbnb messaging before you arrive. The full list, including every “not included” entry, is on the amenities page.
And if you would rather someone else cooked, where to eat in Roswell covers the places worth the drive downtown.
