Three things we will not tell you
A nightly rate. Short-term pricing moves with the season, the length of stay and demand. Any figure printed on this page would be wrong within a week, and a wrong price is worse than no price. The live rate for your dates is on the listing.
A minimum stay. The listing does not publish a fixed one. Minimums on a short-term rental usually vary by date, so the accurate answer for your window is the one Airbnb shows you at booking.
A smoking or events rule. Neither is published on the listing, so we are not going to state one and hope. Ask through Airbnb messaging if either matters to you and you will get the host’s answer rather than our guess.
This is the same principle running through the whole site: where the listing publishes a fact we print it, and where it does not we say so. The reasoning is set out in our editorial policy.
Before you arrive
Bring a car, or rent one at the airport — Roswell has no meaningful public transport and the house is a residential fifteen minutes from downtown. Getting around has the distances.
Do a supermarket run on the way in from the highway. With a kitchen like this one, arriving stocked changes the whole first evening.
If you are bringing a dog, read the pet policy first — particularly the part about what is not published.
While you are here
The Roswell guide is the part of this site that took the most work: ten pages with hours, admission prices and distances taken from the operators’ own sites and dated on the page.
If you only do two things, do the UFO Museum and Bottomless Lakes. They are the two that people remember, and they are nothing like each other.
