House rules, in full

Short, because there are not many of them. What is here is exactly what the listing publishes — and where the listing publishes nothing, this page says so rather than inventing a rule.

The security cameras, said plainly

There are exterior security cameras on the property. The host’s own note on the listing reads: “Security cameras for your peace of mind located front, back and sides.” They cover the outside of the house.

We put this near the top of the page rather than in a footnote on purpose. Guests find a surveillance disclosure reassuring when it is volunteered and alarming when they discover it themselves — and it is a disclosure Airbnb requires either way. If you would rather know exactly what is covered before you book, ask through Airbnb messaging and you will get a specific answer.

Safety equipment in the house

The listing publishes a full safety set, which is more than many do:

  • Smoke alarm
  • Carbon monoxide alarm
  • Fire extinguisher
  • First aid kit
  • Exterior security cameras, front, back and sides

This is the concrete thing behind the word “trusted” on this site. There is no review count to point at yet, so what we can point at instead is a verified host identity, a fully disclosed safety set, and Airbnb’s protections sitting behind the booking — all of which you can check rather than take on faith.

What the listing does not publish

These are genuinely absent from the listing, so no rule is stated here for any of them:

  • Smoking. No rule is published.
  • Parties and events. No rule is published.
  • Minimum stay. No fixed minimum is published; it usually varies by date, and Airbnb will show yours at booking.
  • Pet fee, weight limit or number of pets. None is published. See the pet policy page.
  • Quiet hours. None is published. It is an established residential street, so ordinary neighborly behavior is the sensible default.

If any of these decides your booking, ask the host through Airbnb messaging before you reserve. A real answer from her beats a plausible-sounding guess from a website every time.

Questions about the rules

Are there security cameras on the property?

Yes, and we would rather tell you plainly than have you find them. There are exterior security cameras on the property. In the host's own words on the listing: "Security cameras for your peace of mind located front, back and sides." They cover the outside of the house only.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is after 3:00 pm. Checkout is before 10:00 am.

Is there a minimum stay?

The listing does not publish a fixed minimum. Minimum stays on a short-term rental usually vary by season and by date, so the accurate answer for your dates is the one Airbnb shows you at booking.

Is smoking allowed? Can I host a party?

The listing does not publish a smoking rule or an events rule, so we will not state one here. Ask through Airbnb messaging before you book if either matters to you — you will get an answer from the host rather than a guess from a website.

Is the house wheelchair accessible?

We have not formally assessed it, and Airbnb's accessibility section for the listing is empty, so we are not going to claim step-free access or doorway widths we have not measured. Tell us what you need and we will measure it and answer honestly before you book.
