Ask before you book
If something on this site did not answer your question — whether the yard will hold your dog, whether your rig will fit beside the house, whether a month works — ask it and you will get a straight answer.
Every message goes through Airbnb. Open the listing, use the message button on it, and your question lands with Lana directly. There is no second inbox and no form here to fill in twice.
That is deliberate rather than a shortcut. Anything tied to specific dates — availability, the live rate, the minimum stay for your window — can only be answered where the calendar actually lives, and keeping every conversation in one thread means your question, the answer and your eventual booking all sit in the same place if you need to look any of it up later.

The house, the town, the pet policy, accessibility, RV parking, a long stay, or a correction to something we have published — all of it goes to the same place.
Roswell, New Mexico. We do not publish a phone number, an email address or a street address. The exact address is shared with you after you book, which is standard for an occupied short-term rental and protects whoever is staying there this week.
Most questions are already answered on the FAQ, the pet policy and the house rules.
