Privacy policy
Last updated 16 August 2026. This site is a marketing site for a single vacation rental. It is deliberately simple, and so is this policy.
The short version
We collect one thing: anonymous traffic statistics. There is no contact form, no newsletter and no account to create, so there is nothing here for you to fill in. We do not sell anything to anyone and we do not run advertising trackers.
Contacting the host
This site does not collect messages and does not publish an email address. Every question goes through Airbnb messaging on the listing, which the contact page links to. What you send there is held by Airbnb under Airbnb’s privacy policy, not by us.
Because there is no form on this site, we never receive your name, your email address or your message through it — there is no mailing list to be added to and no third party to share anything with.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It records things like the page you viewed, roughly where in the world you are, and whether you arrived from a search engine. It is configured for aggregate measurement, not for building a profile of you, and we do not run Google Ads remarketing from it.
If you would rather not be counted, browser tracking protection or Google’s own opt-out browser add-on will stop it. Nothing on this site breaks if you do.
Cookies
The only cookies set are the ones Google Analytics uses to tell one visit from another. There are no advertising cookies, no social-media pixels and no cross-site trackers.
What happens when you go to Airbnb
Every “check availability” link on this site opens the Airbnb listing in a new tab. From that point you are on Airbnb, under Airbnb’s privacy policy and terms, and everything you enter there — dates, payment details, messages — is handled by them, not by us. We never see your payment information.
Children
This site is aimed at adults booking accommodation and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be deleted, or ask us to stop contacting you, by messaging the host through the Airbnb listing. In practice the answer is usually short, because this site holds nothing about you beyond the anonymous analytics described above.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. See also the terms of use and our editorial policy, which covers how the Roswell guides on this site are researched and corrected.
